On the communication front with the Ukrainian PR Army – an interview with Liuka Lobarieva

Liuka Lobarieva, co-founder and coordinator at the Ukrainian PR Army, has been volunteering as a coordinator for Food Safety and Nuclear Safety since Russia invaded Ukraine.
